Start The Partnership

Thank you for trusting us with your practice. We know you don’t have the hours to spare for onboarding or training. That is why our transition process is entirely hands-off for you secure, efficient, and managed completely on our end from day one.

The Pathway to Partnership: Your First 30 Days 

01.  Handing Over the Keys (Days 1–7)

First, we focus entirely on getting connected safely. We’ll set up secure, encrypted access to your core software, like Clio and QuickBooks, using strict security standards. While we do that, we’ll look closely at how your practice currently handles messages and billing to find exactly where tasks or billable hours are slipping through the cracks. You won't have to stress about the logistics; we handle the setup so your data stays safe and the transition is easy.

02.  Sorting out your inbox and calendar (Days 8–14

Next, we get you your time back. We will build custom filters to clear out your email clutter and start studying your schedule to separate your actual client work from daily distractions. Our team takes over the routine administrative noise, leaving you with a clean inbox and a quick, daily end-of-day update. Your email volume will drop by half, and you’ll finally get a quiet schedule to actually focus.

03.  Fixing billing and client intake (Days 15–21)

By week three, we focus on stopping any financial leaks. We’ll clean up your billing process to ensure every single minute of billable time is tracked and captured. We also fix any data messes in your current files and smooth out your client intake, making sure your new clients get a high-end, professional experience from their very first click. Your back office stops draining your time and starts protecting your bottom line.

04.  Handing over the day-to-day (Days 22–30)

By the end of the month, you get to step back. We finish documenting standard operating procedures written specifically for your firm. From here, our team takes full ownership of our daily tasks, handling things proactively before they ever reach your desk. At day 30, we’ll share a simple report showing exactly how many hours we saved you. You are finally out of the administrative weeds, things are running smoothly in the background, and you can just focus on leading
